How do I place an order with PFI Fashions?
PFI would be happy to receive orders via: phone, email, or mail.
We know that your time is valuable and will respond as soon as possible to questions or concerns on a new or existing order.

What information is needed on new orders?
What is the standard lead time on orders?
Standard production is 7-10 working days. If you are looking for a faster delivery we would need to approve at the time order is placed.
What is the minimum order we will process:
Orders are priced based on quantities. If you need less than 12 pieces of a design under minimums may apply.
Customer service will work with you to discuss the most cost-effective method of decoration based on order quantity.
Will you send art proof prior to running jobs?
All new jobs are required to have customer approval before starting production. Art sheets will be emailed for approval to ensure order & art information it correct.
What artwork is accepted?
You can view our art guidelines HERE. Our art department is here to assist you in setting up your custom logo, if needed, for an additional charge. We also offer art templates that will show you options of free vector artwork that we customize for you. View art templates HERE.
If you have a specific design needed you can send via email us for a quote on set-up.
