PFI Fashions offers a unique program that gives you more flexibility to increase your sales by meeting the specific demands of your market! Our featured fashions can be modified to your specifications of fit, color, or finishing details. The PFI Fashions Special Order Program also offers you the opportunity to have your styles come to life.

» MINIMUM: You will need to place a minimum order of 12 dozen. This will consist of 1 dozen per color and size. A price quote will promptly be developed based on your order specifications.

» DELIVERY TIME: A ship date will be quoted at the time the order is placed. Usual delivery time is 4-6 weeks. This may very depending on pattern set-up and fabric availability.

» SPECIAL LABELS: You may customize your special order with your own size tags or labels. Tags must be supplied by you. An additional cost may be charged depending on labeling requirements.

»PRIVATE LABELING/CUSTOM COLLARING: We will insert your label and or collar in supplied garments. Completive prices. Call for a free quote to 800-251-2112.

» PATTERN CHARGES: This is a one time charge of $100.00 that includes the first four (4) size grades. Extra charges for additional sizes will be quoted separately.

» DEPOSIT: A prepayment of 25% is requited on all custom orders. If special fabric is needed a 50% deposit is required.

» CHANGES: Once a custom order has been placed, no additions or changes can be made. If you need additional goods, we will be happy to start a second order (minimums will apply).

» CANCELLATION: Custom orders cannot be cancelled or loss of deposit plus the cost of all billable work completed will be charged.
